McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association rented the indoor arena today to host a special event. They did an incredible job with their setup and welcomed everyone! Thank you for renting the indoor arena for the event!

Riding Pass Holders:

Please note that the riding passes will be expiring on September 30th, 2026 for the six month and yearly passes. Please have these, along with the ag society membership, renewed for October 1st, 2026 in order to continue riding during riding pass holder times. The renewed six month pass will then expire on March 31st, 2027 and the yearly will expire on September 30th, 2027. Please send a text to 403-627-9475 to have the necessary paperwork sent to you to renew! Thank you!

We have exciting news! The indoor arena is ready to ride in ahead of schedule. Bookings are now open for tomorrow. It looks amazing and a huge thank you to Rose Lang for all of her hard work in making this happen!

The indoor arena will be closed to users on September 22nd and 23rd as the sand is being replaced. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

The indoor arena is now available for winter bookings! The bookings are based on a first come, first serve basis. Please text/call 403-627-9475 to book.

Please NOTE the following:

1) please respect other users by cleaning up after yourself and your horse, inside the arena and outside by your trailer.
2) please respect other users while using the indoor arena.
3) if the need arises and you need to cancel your booking, then please text/call the number above as soon as possible so that spot can then potentially be booked by other users.
4) for riding pass holders, please ensure that your riding pass is current. The 1 year and 6 month passes expire on September 30th, 2026 regardless of when they were purchased. New passes can be purchased beginning on October 1st, 2026. If you are looking to purchase a 6 month winter riding pass, it will then expire on March 31st, 2027. The 1 year pass will then expire on September 30th, 2027.
5) all yearly Ag Society memberships expire on September 30th, 2026 regardless of when it was purchased. You must have a new Ag Society membership purchased in order to ride to be covered by insurance. New memberships can be purchased beginning October 1st, 2026.
6) all necessary paperwork must be completed prior to your first booking.

A HUGE thank you to our community for supporting our 50/50 fundraiser for new bleachers!

Our grand total reached $11,660, which means we raised an incredible $5,830 toward our new bleachers! 🙌

Thank you to the Pincher Creek Pro Rodeo for allowing us to host our 50/50 throughout the weekend, and congratulations to our lucky winner! 🎟️💰

We are so grateful to everyone who bought tickets, shared our posts, and helped make this fundraiser such a success. ❤️
