Strong communities are built when people support one another. Join us for a Training on Peer Support and learn practical ways to connect with, listen to, and support fellow seniors in our community.

Open to Filipino adults, 55 years old +. No prior experience is needed. Come build new skills, meet new people, and help strengthen a network of care for Filipino seniors in Calgary.

This is a chance to try something new, connect with other youth (ages 13-18), and take a break from the usual routine. Whether you want to make a bracelet for yourself, a friend, or just spend some time creating, everyone is welcome.
All materials will be provided, and no experience is needed. Come create, connect, and leave with something uniquely yours!
