Why work with us?
We strive to create an accessible, engaging learning environment for identity exploration. Our goal is to hold space for folks to explore and to develop a sense of community.
Our staff all have lived experience in the 2SLGBTQIAP+ community and are actively working at deconstructing existing structures using frameworks of anti-racism, decolonization, intersectionality, and q***r theory.
