Happy World Mental Health Day!
Today is a day to create awareness for mental health, and to continue to advocate against social stigmas associated with mental health issues.
Some simple tips for taking care of your well-being are to make time for things you enjoy, like hanging out with friends, playing sports, listening to music, or simply chilling. Small steps—like getting enough sleep (7-9 hours for growing brains and bodies), eating healthy, and moving your body—help boost your mood and energy.
