you can be vegetarian at least. ethical toiletries and makeup is more accessible these days. avoid animal products as much as possible. eat at food banks to save money on necessities such as rice and produce and use the savings to buy plant based meat at the grocery store.

There are no rules. Making compassionate choices as much as possible makes a difference đź’•

Each choice adds up.
