Chair Yoga Aldershot We begin in the chair and move to standing poses with the support of the chair to keep it interesting and challenging when appropriate.

Time is also spent cultivating a mind, body, breath connection in the 5,000 year old tradition of Hatha Yoga!

This weekly, one hour class in on their schedule and passes can be purchased online or in studio.

If you would like to try this class - tell them I sent you and your first class is complimentary! Build your strength, mobility and flexibility with the support of the chair at your yoga support and prop. There is no floor component to the class, we are seated in the chair or standing.
