SOLD OUT âś…

The doors to RESTORE are officially closed.

We are so grateful for the chance to help 50 women restore their nervous systems for the next 8 weeks.

We’ll dive into stress resilience, cortisol, mobility, stability, breath work, and SO much more 🤍

If you missed your chance at getting in but still want this information, you can book 1:1 sessions. We have a 3-session and 5-session pack.

I’ll warn you the booking window is very small as I’m back to teaching at the college for the fall.

On this morning’s live session I asked riders what their top challenge is, and I’m curious about yours too:
1) Stress
2) Nutrition
3) Overthinking/Anxiety
4) Back pain
5) Shoulder Pain
6) Sleep

For me, in this season, I’m struggling to fit everything I need to do in and therefore my sleep is taking a hit. I’m excited to dive into RESTORE and refocus on my sleep to help my body function at an optimal level.

Let me know yours đź–¤

This question haunts me:
What if your horse isn’t really nervous, she’s co-regulating with you?

I’ve done a LOT of nervous system work on myself over the last 4 years, and it has made all the difference in the world in my horseback riding.

I want to share what I’ve learned with you.

We only have 6 spots left in RESTORE (44/50 filled) and we have a hard cap at 50 to make it the most impactful experience for those enrolled.

We start tomorrow with our first live call at 7am MST.

Comment “RESTORE” and we’ll get you the information- if it doesn’t fill before then.

We’d love to have you in our community for the next 8 weeks 🩶

A rider said 5 words to me that I haven’t stopped thinking about…

“Everything is in God’s timing”

It’s something I heard while chatting with one of our amazing gals about RESTORE, and it has stuck with me.

If anyone is like me, 2026 has been a season of change.

Hard seasons impact us all in different ways and I didn’t realize how much of a physical toll they’ve taken on not just myself, but so many of the people around me. That is until talking and working with Dr. Aleisha and so many of the women here at SS.

The women in our community here aren’t just dedicated to bettering themselves. They encourage each other, celebrate each other, listen, and genuinely want to see the women around them grow too.

What a blessing it is to have a place where you can be celebrated and encouraged while you grow.

Everything happens when the timing is right and I have no doubt in the timing of things that are meant to be.

What’s something 2026 has taught you so far?

With a whole lot of gratitude,
Your Client Success Coordinator,
Haylee

Spoiler: it’s the trick to being productive too.

The answer: Sleep Optimization

According to the National Sleep Foundation, people with healthy sleep optimization are 2.5 times more likely to be productive at work AND 3 times more likely to achieve their goals compared to poor sleepers.

Also, 58% of sleep deprived people said they struggled to handle workloads or finishing tasks without errors.

Even very little improvements to your sleep impact your life in monumental ways. Physical health, illness, mental health, mood regulation, even life expectancy are all impacted by your sleep.

Guess what module 1 of our new course is?

You guessed it: Optimizing Sleep! How to fall asleep and stay asleep.

(Don’t be afraid to send us a message if you want to join the course)

Tell us if you’re a morning person or a night owl and we’ll send you some quick tips to help you sleep better!

YESS AUDREY!!! Back to back 1D runs this weekend!

Audrey is another one of our SS riders who has been putting in the WORK this spring/summer and it is paying off in a big way!

Those of you who know this mare (Dee Dee) know she is challenging to ride, and Audrey stepped up to the challenge and is making waves.

They placed in the 1D on Saturday and were just out of the 1D money yesterday, however, they had two smooth, clean runs and Audrey is riding AWESOME!

This team is so fun to cheer for because I got to meet Audrey in person and ride with her for 5 days when I was at Judy Myllymaki’s earlier this summer.

Keep up the GREAT work, Audrey!

Audrey has been doing COMPETE and working with our amazing PT and barrel racer Krystal Joyce .

Remember: there are only 11 spots left in RESTORE (39/59 filled) and they are filling quickly - if you want in on this next buckle series, let us know below asap so you can get in before it fills!

ONLY 12 SPOTS LEFT!

Do you need a break? Some stress relief? Maybe the back to school season is making life more crazy than usual? Maybe your horses are doing what horses do and causing trouble?

If this sounds familiar you are eligible to take one of the final spots available in our brand new course RESTORE.

We believe science makes better horseback riders and data proves that true healing requires balance of body and mind.

Research shows that neglecting psychological stress directly slows down cellular repair, disrupts sleep, and can nearly double your recovery time.

Your brain and your muscles use the same nervous system. If your mind is constantly stressed, your body cannot properly repair. Prioritize both your mental and physical to heal stronger and faster.

Tell us your #1 trick to calm your nervous system or something you do when you’re stressed to help heal and we will send you a code to get a discount on one of our LAST spots in RESTORE!

It starts tomorrow! So make sure you get in while you can!
