A Message of Sympathy and Support

Today April 26th 2025, our hearts ache for everyone affected by the heartbreaking tragedy that occurred during the Lapu Lapu Festival in Vancouver.

We extend our deepest condolences to the families who have lost loved ones, and we send our prayers for healing to those who are injured. No words can ease the pain, but please know that you are not alone — our entire communities mourns with you.

At DuMonde Helping Hands Foundation, we believe that festivals and gatherings should be places of joy and safety for everyone. This tragedy is a painful reminder of how precious life is and how important it is to continue working together to protect and support one another.

2025 Good Friday free groceries giveaway to all ages

GOOD FRIDAY BLESSINGS – OVER 10,000 POUNDS OF FOOD SHARED!

We are beyond grateful to announce the success of our Good Friday 2025 Monthly Food Bank 5th Edition, where DuMonde Helping Hands Foundation distributed over 10,000 pounds of food to more than 200 individuals and families in need!

Thanks to the strength of our volunteers and community supporters, we didn’t just serve those who came in person—we went beyond.

For seniors, single parents, and individuals with mobility challenges, we brought the groceries directly to their homes, ensuring that no one was left behind.

Together, we shared more than just food—we shared hope, compassion, and dignity.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen. Your kindness fuels our mission.
