There have been a lot of changes this year and we really are trying to keep things going for the membership and competitors. We won’t be going ahead with a clinic on Sunday as there just weren’t enough people to attend right now but will plan on something with Linda in future.

The September show will stay on the original schedule and be held September 20th. It’s going to be a rockin’ show with some really good horsemanship classes judged by Stacey Jones and some great gymkhana classes. More info on that later.

Our Rolling Roaster concession will be on site and ready for lunch time.

Let’s make the finale of the Buckle Series a fun event and a big success!

Good afternoon, everyone!

I know many of you have been waiting to hear what is happening with upcoming IHC activities. Thank you so much for your patience while the new board gets organized and works through the schedule. We’re excited to get things moving again!

𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙉 & 𝘽𝙐𝙍𝙉 𝙉𝙄𝙂𝙃𝙏𝙎 𝘼𝙍𝙀 𝘽𝘼𝘾𝙆!
We’re kicking things off again Tuesday, August 25th, 5 pm followed by another Turn & Burn on Wednesday, September 9th.

Dust off those gymkhana horses and come have some fun!

The Buckle Series is going ahead as planned!

When the August 9th show was cancelled, I jumped the gun and announced August 30th as a possible rescheduled date. My apologies for that! At the time, I hadn't taken into account that we would soon have a new board with previous commitments already in place.

There will 𝙉𝙊𝙏 be a show on August 30th. However, if there is enough interest, Linda Poel is available to hold a Ranch Riding Clinic that day.

📅 𝙎𝙀𝙋𝙏𝙀𝙈𝘽𝙀𝙍 𝙎𝙃𝙊𝙒 — 𝙒𝙀 𝙉𝙀𝙀𝘿 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙄𝙉𝙋𝙐𝙏!
There have also been some unexpected complications with the September 20th date. The board is proposing moving the show one week earlier.

We would really like to know what 𝙔𝙊𝙐 think!

A two-day show would allow us to maintain the full number of original Buckle Series points classes. And the good news is that our wonderful food provider, The Rolling Roaster, is available both days! 🌭🍔

Our new sponsor banners faced a few hurdles this season—from a bit of organizational shifting to unexpected challenges like local wildfires that caused community events to unfortunately be cancelled.

Interlakes Horse Club appreciates everyone’s patience as we navigated these twists and turns.
