🏆 WORLD FOLK FESTIVAL 2026 — WHAT A JOURNEY FOR TEAM SIFAT! 🏆

Proud, grateful, and beyond happy to share our achievements at the World Folk Festival 2026 in Surrey, BC!

🥇 1st Place — All Girls Live Luddi
🥈 2nd Place — Music Giddha
🌟 Best Dancer Award — Nimrat Dhindsa (Live Luddi)

These achievements mean so much more than just trophies. They represent countless hours of hard work, dedication, and the courage to start from scratch and build something special!

What makes this journey even more meaningful is that most of our dancers this year again were new to competitive Giddha and Luddi, with many experiencing this level of competition for the very first time. We worked from the ground up, grew together, overcame challenges, and built these teams step by step.

A huge shoutout to Nawab Dhaliwal, who led and coached our Luddi team, building it from the ground up while also supporting our Giddha team throughout the journey. His leadership, dedication, and belief in the dancers played a key role in bringing home this incredible result. ❤️👏

A very special appreciation for our Giddha Coach, Nimrat Dhindsa! 💞 The hard work, patience, and dedication she put into preparing our Music Giddha team deserves so much recognition. Working with dancers who were largely new to competitive Giddha and getting them competition ready took countless hours of commitment and passion.

To make this journey even more special, Nimrat also brought home the Best Dancer Award in Live Luddi🌟 Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

A heartfelt thank you to every dancer who trusted the process and our Live Luddi Band for bringing the performance to life! 🥁🎶❤️

This is what building from within looks like. This is TEAM SIFAT!❤️🔥🏆
