Thank you Rob Flack, MPP Elgin-Middlesex--London and Andrew Lawton MP Elgin-St. Thomas-London South for joining us in Belmont for part of our Canada Day Celebration.

Thank you BELMONT LIONS CLUB AND BELMONT SWANS - we could not do this event without you!

Thank you BELMONT VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTERS ASSOCIATION - without you we would not have a parade or fireworks! Thank you for donating all of your time to this community event

Thank you Mike - BELMONT DAIRY STORE - for donating cases of water and some of the pop. It was sure needed this year!

Well that was a hot one Belmont! 🥵 🇨🇦

Thanks to all those that braved the heat and came out yesterday.

The OPP Bicycle Safety and Obstacle Course was a great hit again. I thank everyone who participated, learned something new about bike safety!
We can't thank the Community OPP Officer, the Auxillary OPP and the Officers who showed up for organizing and running this program for us.

Thanks to our Belmont Volunteer Fire Fighters Association... fire trucks, followed by participants fully decked out in Canada Day gear and decorations, led the annual parade to our Community Centre.
Congrats to our Bicycle Helmet WINNERS:
Harry MacPherson, Willa Da Silva, Lincoln Ede, River De Melo
(thanks to a last minute mix up, we had an additional draw)
Thanks to all those that participated. We hope you had fun!

The Belmont Lions Club cooked up the hotdogs and the Belmont Swans were there in full force serving the "meal deal" and handing out cake.
A huge thank you to all of the volunteers that came out today to assist with the obstacle course at the LCBO, walked with the parade and set up everything required for the lunch. The committee could not hold this event without you!

The day finished with a spectacular fireworks display! The Belmont Volunteer Firefighters did another awesome job of creating an entertaining display for young and old to enjoy!

Thank you Belmont for helping make this day a great success... We look forward to seeing you next year!

*Belmont Road Closure Reminder*

🇨🇦 July 1st for Belmont Canada Day decorated bike parade.
Starting at 11:30 am for approx 10-15 minutes.

Parade route - from Belmont Firehall on Ceasar Road, turning left onto Belmont Road to Belmont Community Centre.

No through access (north or south) and no left turn onto Ceasar Road at the bridge if you are heading South during this time.
