A few WI ladies recently enjoyed a trip to see *Calendar Girls* at the Binbrook Little Theatre. He got our picture taken with the cast. 🎭

The Binbrook Little Theatre presented Calendar Girls, a stage play inspired by the movie, on Saturday, April 18th. The Beamsville branch was represented by seven members. A post-show photo session with the cast was arranged for all attending branches, making it a truly special day.

The Calendar Girls are a real-life group of 11 members from the Rylstone and District Women's Institute in North Yorkshire who raised over £5 million for Blood Cancer UK by posing n**e for a 1999 calendar. Launched to fund a leukemia unit after a member's husband died, the story was adapted into a 2003 film, a stage play, and a musical.
