Penrose is searching for someone special to share her golden years with. If you love cozy evenings on the couch and don’t mind a loyal shadow by your side, she just might be your perfect match.

Once Penrose finds her person, she forms a deep and loving bond very quickly. She absolutely adores head scratches and will gently nudge her head under your hand to let you know when she thinks you’ve stopped too soon.

Penrose would thrive in a quiet, calm home where her person is around often or can bring her along on adventures. Busy households with children would be overwhelming for her, and she would be happiest in a peaceful adult-only environment.

One of Penrose’s favorite things in the world is going for walks—her excitement starts the moment she sees the leash come out! She also enjoys car rides and is always ready to join you for an outing. At bedtime, Penrose settles nicely into her crate (especially when a treat is involved) and sleeps soundly through the night.

Penrose currently lives with another dog, but she has shown some resource guarding around toys and can be protective of her person. Because of this, she would do best as the only pet in the home, where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself.

She does have medical issues and end of life care that will be fully discussed with the selected adopter candidate.

Meet Polar! 🐾

Polar is a fun-loving, affectionate young dog with a big personality and an even bigger heart. At around 11 months old, he’s full of playful energy and loves spending his days exploring the outdoors, playing with his family, and soaking up all the attention he can get. When playtime is over, he’s just as happy curling up beside you for cuddles and relaxing together.

One of Polar’s favorite things is spending time with children. He adores kids and is especially gentle and playful with little ones, including babies. He’s always eager to join in the fun and quickly becomes everyone’s best friend. Polar also gets along well with other dogs and cats, although he sometimes wishes the cats were as interested in playing as he is!

Polar has a hilarious, talkative personality that keeps his foster family laughing. He loves to “chat” with his people and isn’t shy about sharing his thoughts. His goofy antics, loving nature, and constant enthusiasm make him a truly special companion.

Polar is house trained, crate trained, and has recently been neutered. He has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia, but it does not slow him down or affect his day-to-day life. Polar has been assessed by our orthopedic vet: with weight management, exercise and rest he does not need surgery at this time. He enjoys running, playing, going for walks, and keeping up with all of his favorite activities just like any other happy young dog.

Polar is looking for a forever family who will love him for the amazing dog he is. In return, he’ll offer endless affection, entertainment, loyalty, and plenty of cuddles. Meet Leda — a tiny girl with a huge personality and enough love to keep your heart permanently full. This sweet little puppy is the perfect mix of playful sass and affectionate cuddle bug. One minute she’s confidently challenging her brothers to a wrestling match, and the next she’s melting completely into your arms, covering you in puppy kisses.

Leda is full of charm, confidence, and wiggles. She absolutely loves being around her people, and her tail starts moving at lightning speed the second she spots someone she loves. Her joyful energy is contagious, and she has a way of making even ordinary moments feel fun.

Meet Go-gurt from the Yogurt Litter!

As silly as her name Go-gurt is certainly a fan-favourite. Charming everyone she meets this goofball is everything and more

Go-gurt is an intelligent girl who will find a way no matter what. She is the first one to figure anything out - like how to escape the pen, or that pooping where you sleep just ain’t it, and especially that if they call your name you need to pop your cute little head out from where ever you are exploring.

Go-gurt is always on the move, and always enjoying life. She is the first pup that greets us in the morning and the last one we snuggle with at night. From her first day we knew she was special, looking into our eyes and giving sweet kisses. She has grown into a pup that is as fun for us to be around as I am sure she is to play with…and boy does she love playing.

Go-gurt plays with you, her siblings, the cats, toys that are hers, toys that are not hers and everything in between. She was the first of the group to get the zoomies and has been zooming ever since.

She is working on house training and is doing excellent. She also is crate training and doing very well. She comes to her name, and happily runs into your arms. Go-gurt is a go and get it girl, and she would love a go and get it family to adventure with.

We always love sharing how dogs earn their names, and this girl’s name couldn’t be more fitting.

Smoochie arrived from a northern community with her 5 newborn puppies after being found as a stray. She had no name, but within minutes of meeting her, it was obvious: this mama was all sweetness, cuddles, and affection. Smoochie it was!

She has done an incredible job raising her babies, and now her pups have found homes, it’s finally her turn.

Meet Fage from the Yogurt Litter! 🐾

Looking for a calm, quiet and intrspective little lady. One who also has a playful side when she wants, and gives the sweetest kisses and nose boops? Look no farther than Fage.

Fage is the largest of her sisters and the most mature. She is obviously a puppy but doesnt get into everything like some of her siblings. She a very well rounded dog who deserves a family of her own.

Fage is super smart and already working hard on crate training. Like most young puppies, she’s not house trained yet but is learning quickly.

Fage is very respectful of the cats in his foster home. She mostly enjoys relaxing and playing with her siblings, she likes a good cuddle but is by no means a velcro dog. She would be a great balance for a family, dare I say she has “perfect family dog” written all over her.
