Introduction to the Trauma-Informed Wellness Kit

At Uniting Hands for PTSD Foundation, we believe in providing trauma-informed care that acknowledges the complexities of these experiences and empowers people to heal. Our Trauma-Informed Wellness Kit is designed to help individuals feel safe, supported, and validated as they navigate their healing journey.

Excited to start organizing and talking about what we do here at Uniting Hands For PTSD Foundation. It's been awhile as we recovered from a global pandemic and my own personal changes with health concerns that have improved on many levels. I am ready to get working on making this a success in British Columbia with the intent on helping thousands of people recover. I will share more please stay tuned as we start to increase our updates weekly.
