š± WEāRE LOOKING FOR A GREEN THUMB! š±
Our charity is expanding its Green Thumb Incubator, and weāre looking for someone with a genuine passion for organic agriculture, home food gardens, and sustainable food production to join our team.
Weāre seeking an individual who understands how to grow food without synthetic pesticides or harmful chemicals, using natural and organic methods to create healthy, productive gardens. šæš„š
š± What Weāre Building
Our goal is to create a sustainable community-based agriculture system where people can learn how to:
š± Establish and maintain their own home food gardens
š± Grow healthy, organic produce naturally
š± Use sustainable and environmentally friendly farming methods
š± Produce food for their families and communities
š± Learn practical skills that can become sources of food and income
š± Eventually participate in a Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) system
We want our Green Thumb Incubator to become a place where knowledge is shared, people are trained, and sustainable food production can grow from one garden into an entire community.
šæ WHO WEāRE LOOKING FOR
You don't necessarily need a formal degree. We're interested in someone with real practical knowledge and experience in areas such as:
⢠Organic gardening
⢠Permaculture
⢠Sustainable agriculture
⢠Home food production
⢠Composting & soil health
⢠Natural pest management
⢠Seed saving & propagation
⢠Crop planning and garden maintenance
⢠Teaching or mentoring others
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about teaching, community development, and building sustainable systems.
This is an opportunity to become part of a growing charity initiative and help us develop an organic food-garden education and production program that can benefit families throughout our community. šā¤ļø
If you have the knowledge, experience, or passion to help us build this vision, we want to hear from you!
