Chairperson and Founder, Mr Outule Thabo Mphoente, held a strategic meeting with senior staff from all businesses under Outule Group, including Outule Monate Jams & Butter, Outule Farms, Outule Estates Apartments, Outule International Academy, and Outule Charitable Trust. The meeting renewed hope, strengthened trust, imparted dispute resolution skills, and introduced his new mandates to guide the Groupโ€™s continued growth and excellence.

The Outule Academy and Charitable Trust had the pleasure of attending the 1st Annual Staff Forum of Outule Group of Companies Proprietary Limited, which oversees several business branches, Outule Monate Jams and Butter, Outule Farms, and Outule Consultancy & Micro Financing.

In a comprehensive letter written, Mr. Thabo Mphoente Outule, the Chairperson and Founder of Outule Group of Companies Proprietary Limited, who could not attend due to other official engagements, reflected on the companyโ€™s journey. He acknowledged challenges such as management difficulties, financial instability, and inconsistent raw material supply during first and second quarter of 2025. Despite this, the company made impressive strides successfully integrating into the market and selling 47.41% of its goods and services within its first year of operation.

He noted that the company started it's operations in January 2025 with 17 employees a mix of temporary and permanent staff, and now proudly employs 44 permanent staff across its entities, including the Outule Academy and Charitable Trust. He emphasized the importance of accountability at all levels and encouraged every team member, including himself, to strive toward achieving the company's goals. He also urged the Board of Directors to remain bold in questioning decisions that affect performance and outcomes.

Guest Speaker, Dr Kambatuku Tuyeni Sandile , Acting Vice Chairperson of Waterfront Holdings Limited in Botswana and Namibia, commended the companyโ€™s achievements. She highlighted that with teamwork, respect, strong leadership, and excellent customer service, Outule Group has the potential to grow significantly.

The forum concluded with staff briefings, sectoral and departmental presentations, as well as discussions on complaints, key proposals, and strategic future plans.

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Development Studies, Economics, Education Management, Public Policy, or related field.
โ€ข Masterโ€™s Degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
โ€ข Minimum of 10 yearsโ€™ progressive experience in executive management (at least 5 years at senior leadership or director level within a trust fund, foundation, corporate organization, or public sector institution).
โ€ข Proven experience in financial management, fundraising, or philanthropic project management.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, policy formulation, and institutional governance.

๐Ÿ”น KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Provide overall strategic leadership, direction, and management of the Trust Fund in line with its mandate and Board-approved policies.
โ€ข Formulate, implement, and monitor strategic plans, investment portfolios, and operational frameworks.
โ€ข Oversee sound financial management and ensure long term sustainability of the Trust Fund.
โ€ข Prepare and submit annual budgets, audited financial statements, and performance reports.
โ€ข Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, sponsors, and government agencies.
