International Youth Day 2026 gives us an opportunity to recognise the role young people continue to play in building stronger and more inclusive communities. Today we celebrate young people who are turning their ideas into action through leadership, community development, public policy, advocacy, and service. Our journey as an initiative has shown us that when young people are given opportunities and trusted with responsibility, they contribute meaningfully to the development of our communities.

We commit to continue in creating opportunities for young people to lead, participate, speak up and make a real difference in their societies πŸ‡§πŸ‡Ό

Remember we're in Mabeleapodi Primary School on August 29th, come join usπŸ€—

Happy Father’s Day! πŸ‘” ✨

Today we pause to celebrate all father figures❀️ The fathers who are present, the step fathers who chose love, the single fathers doing their best, the fathers-to-be and those celebrating from heaven.

Fatherhood is not defined by titles alone, but by love, sacrifice, and the countless ways you show up for the people who matter most.

Thank you for everything you do. Happy Father’s Day!

Happy International Day of Play🀸🀸

As we mark the International Day of Play, we are excited that over years we have been able to spark and encourage children to step away from their worries, embrace their curiosity, by simply being children and coming out to play. .

We believe that every child deserves a childhood filled with joy, learning, and opportunities to thrive. Today, we celebrate the magic of play and the limitless potential of every child.
Through play, they learn valuable life skills, create lasting memories all contributing to their brighter futuresπŸ₯³

A Special tribute to our inspiration - we mourn the loss of a remarkable woman, our mother Kgomotso Tshwenyego 🌺

We were so privileged as a team to have Mama Kgomotso as our source of inspiration & a decorated partner in purpose. We remember her dedication to community development as she rose to the call we made for the Donate A Pad campaign - she showed up not just as a partner in community work but a mother who deeply cared for the wellbeing of a girl child and her contribution truly painted for us the true meaning of leadership & leading by example. Surely her impact will continue to live in our hearts and of those she inspired.

From Knowyourworth Botswana Team πŸ‡§πŸ‡Ό we say Thank you mamaπŸ’•
May Heaven embrace your soul and rest and May your legacy continue to inspire generations to comeπŸ«°πŸ‡§πŸ‡Ό
