NATIONAL CLEAN-UP CAMPAIGN

The public is informed that the National Monthly Clean-Up Campaign will take place on Friday, 12 June 2026.

All wards are requested to assemble at their respective Kgotlas and conduct clean-up activities within their communities. Government institutions are requested to convene at RAC and carry out clean-up activities from that point.

A clean environment is everyone's responsibility. Let us all join hands and participate in this important initiative to promote healthy, safe and attractive communities.

Scouting Profile

Boikhutso Motsisi Monametsi Q is a lifelong Scout leader from Botswana whose journey in Scouting spans over three decades. He joined the Scout Movement in 1994 and was formally enrolled as a Cub Scout in 1995, marking the beginning of a distinguished path of service, leadership, and youth empowerment.
He is a Life Member of the Botswana Scout Association, reflecting sustained dedication and outstanding contribution to the growth of Scouting at district, national, and regional levels.
Widely respected for his commitment to youth development and adult leader training, Boikhutso has consistently championed safe, inclusive, and innovative Scouting programmes across Southern Africa. His work focuses on strengthening adult resources, expanding access to quality training

During the bootcamp, the hiking activity taught Bootcampers about local flora, fauna, and key bush survival skills. The study sessions focused on leadership, problem-solving, and outdoor safety. The bootcamp was a great success, and our kids left motivated to practice these lessons at home, at school, and in their communities🔥👏
