Under the theme βBecoming an Agile Leader in This Modern Era,β the University of Botswana Cohort officially launched, not as just another club, but as a movement.
A gathering where vision met courage and where young minds were stirred to rise, rethink, and redefine what leadership means in our time.
The day was marked by voices that carried both wisdom and conviction.
Tshiamo Brian Badubi called us to the altar of self-mastery, to lead not from position, but from purpose and conviction.
Vincent L. Rantshokeng built upon that foundation, reminding us that leadership is not about being seen but about serving with quiet strength and consistent impact.
Oneal Oneh crowned the dialogue with a powerful reflection on women in leadership, challenging every young woman to lead with empathy, confidence, and grace.
At the heart of it all stood UB Cohort, guided by its President and Chairperson Lorato L Koosimile, carrying a mission to raise disciplined, visionary, and purpose-driven students who do not wait for opportunity they create it.
A generation that leads beyond academics, beyond applause, and beyond comfort; a generation that dares to build, to serve, and to lead with integrity and innovation.
As a branch under UB Nextgen PIVOT , UB Cohort emerges as a platform where potential meets purpose, where students are mentored, equipped, and inspired to lead in classrooms, communities, and the world beyond.
The launch was not just an event; it was a declaration that the future is no longer tomorrowβs promise.
It is todayβs movement, carried by the youth who refuse to wait for change, because they are becoming the change.
