FRIENDS OF AAP STRIKE AGAIN!
We take this moment to appreciate and celebrate the incredible generosity of ten 'Friends of AAP', represented by Mr Raju Thomas, for their continued support of AAP Home-Based and Family Care.
On Tuesday, we had the privilege of hosting them at our offices as they donated a variety of foodstuffs to support our work. Four of our children from Old Naledi, joined the ceremony, and their faces lit up with pure joy as they received the goodies from our “good Samaritans.”
In his opening remarks, AAP Chairman Mr Craaf Odirile shared the timeless African proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child,” perfectly capturing the spirit of what we witnessed- a community coming together in compassion and purpose.
As always, Mma Rampha delivered a heartfelt message, reminding us of the immense value of such acts of kindness, especially when our organisation faces constant and growing needs with very little to no support from well-wishers.
Speaking on behalf of his team, Mr Raju Thomas expressed their awareness of the challenges we face and reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the work we do.
We are deeply grateful for the continued generosity of our Friends of AAP. Your kindness strengthens our hands and renews our hope.
To everyone reading this, we invite you to join this circle of care. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families who need it most.
