🌸 Sweat for Fibroids . A Day of Power, Movement & Awareness 🌸

This July, I had the honor of attending and partnering in the Sweat for Fibroids event hosted by The Fibroid Society of Botswana - FSB.

As the Founder of the Lights Foundation, it was a privilege to speak alongside passionate changemakers and advocate for women’s health especially on an issue like fibroids, which affects so many but is still so rarely spoken about.

From the powerful workout sessions to the impactful conversations, the day reminded us that wellness is a right, not a luxury and awareness is the first step toward healing.

To every woman fighting a silent battle: we see you, we support you, and we are standing with you. 💪🏽❤️
