STRONG MEN CRY TOO: BREAKING THE SILENCE ON MENTAL HEALTH & SU***DE

Many men are fighting silent battles such as stress, depression, financial pressure, relationship struggles, and emotional pain. Too often, they suffer in silence because they believe asking for help is a sign of weakness.

DISCUSSION POINTS:
• Understanding mental health and why men struggle to speak out
• Recognizing warning signs of emotional distress and suicidal thoughts
• The role of discipline, routine, and support systems in mental wellness
• How families, friends, and communities can support men in crisis

Date: TODAY, 27 April 2026
Time: 12:30 PM – 13:00 PM
