​Your Triumphant Tuesday strategy is simple: The 10 AM Rule.

​Hydrate First: Drink a full glass of water before your first coffee/tea.
​Sprint Early: Get your most complex task (the one that needs the most brain power) done before 10:00 AM.
​Survive Midday: From 1 PM to 3 PM, switch to low-intensity work (filing, reading, light admin). Give your body a break from the peak heat.
