Our senior citizens had a wonderful and engaging experience during our Weekly Integrated Community-Based Health Care Programme as we welcomed Motswedi Game. The team trained and guided our elderly participants in playing both the Motswedi Game—Botswana’s first knowledge board game—and the Mhele Board Game.

These interactive activities promoted mental stimulation, social interaction, lifelong learning, and active participation, all of which contribute to healthy ageing and improved well-being. We extend our sincere appreciation to Motswedi Game for bringing fun, knowledge, and meaningful engagement to our elders.
