GABANE VILLAGE WELLNESS OUTREACH | 09 OCTOBER 2026

Eyelight Optometrists — Vision Beyond Sight 👁️✨

In celebration of Botswana’s 60 years of Independence and the International Day of Older Persons, Eyelight Optometrists was honoured to participate in the wellness outreach held at Makati-Brown Farm, Gabane Village, near Diremogolo Hill.

A total of 95 people received free eye screenings, with 57 presenting normal results and 38 presenting abnormal results. Additionally, 45 pairs of reading glasses were provided free of charge to elderly beneficiaries.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Sylast Foundation, organisers, and partners for making this initiative a success. Together, we continue to promote eye health, healthy ageing, and accessible healthcare for all. 💚
