When students cry like that in self introspection, it usually means something shifted
This morning in our Character Building & Academic Excellency Camp, the room went quiet. Not the awkward quiet. The kind where young hearts are finally telling the truth to themselves.
There were tears. A lot of them. 😢
But not tears of defeat. Tears of release. Tears of “I see it now. I can do better. I _want_ to do better.”
To every student who sat in that self-introspection session and faced the parts of yourself you usually hide: We see your courage. It takes more strength to sit with your truth than to pretend everything is fine.
Character isn’t built in easy moments. It’s built right here, in the messy, honest, tear-filled ones where you decide who you want to become.
We didn’t come to this camp just for grades. We came to grow into people we can be proud of. And today, We watched that happen.
The work you did in silence today will speak loudly in your future.
Keep going. We’re just getting started. 💪✨
