We are delighted to congratulate Ms. Rigden Peldon and Ms. Metho Seldon, third-year students of the Human Capital Management Programme at Gedu College of Business Studies, on the successful completion of their internship with the Bhutan Trust Fund for Environmental Conservation (BTF).

As part of their academic requirement, they undertook a six-month internship from 15 December 2025 to 12 June 2026, gaining hands-on experience across various HR functions. Their contributions ranged from digitizing employee records and updating HR databases to supporting organizational activities, participating in strategic workshops, and joining field visits to BTF-funded conservation projects.

We commend their dedication, professionalism, and enthusiasm throughout their internship and wish them every success as they continue their academic journey and prepare for their future careers.
