Customer Representative Officer

Gara Ngotshab is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Representative Officer. If you are passionate about serving people and represent our organization with pride, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
•Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance
•Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
•Represent Gara Ngotshab with professionalism and integrity at all times

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

•Passed Class XII (12th Grade) or equivalent
•Excellent communication skills in both **English and Dzongkha** (written and spoken)
•Valid driving license for (2-wheelers and 4-wheelers)
• Strong sense of commitment, genuineness, and honesty
- High personal integrity and ethical conduct

We are looking for someone who is not just qualified on paper, but someone who is **committed, genuine, honest, and driven by integrity** — a person who takes pride in their work and treats every customer with respect and care.
