🌱 Welcoming ThromAI’s First Internship Cohort!

From 28 applicants, four talented students were selected to become the first interns to join the ThromAI family.

Throughout the internship, ThromAI will provide them with access to company-funded professional tools, practical guidance and opportunities to contribute to our ongoing work.

This programme will allow them to gain real startup experience, strengthen their skills, explore their creativity and contribute to technology-driven solutions that create meaningful change.

We are excited to begin this journey together and look forward to seeing them learn, grow and contribute as part of Team ThromAI.

Welcome to the ThromAI family! 💚

A concerned citizen recently shared a genuine issue about overgrown grass obstructing a footpath in Thimphu. The concern is genuine. Issues like this affect pedestrians, children, elderly citizens and everyone who uses our shared public spaces and deserve attention, action, and accountability.

This is why a group of young Bhutanese came together to build ThromAI 🇧🇹 — a platform where citizens can report issues directly from the location, with photos and GPS, and where the action taken can be documented and made visible to the public.

In almost 2 months, more than 1,132 cleaning activities have been carried out through the ThromAI ecosystem. The photos shared here are examples of work carried out on similar issues.

And you don’t have to simply take our word for it. 📸

After registering on ThromAI, visit GongphelHUB, where you can view 400+ publicly shared activities from the last two months, along with photographic proof, dates, and times.

See a problem → Report it → Action is taken → See the proof. ✅

Instead of letting genuine concerns disappear in a social-media feed, put them into a system designed to help ensure they are recorded, followed up, and acted upon.

Your report matters. Your city matters. Together, let’s make Thimphu cleaner and more accountable. 🌿🏙️🇧🇹

🌱 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

When ThromAI was launched, we believed that every act of service towards a cleaner Bhutan deserved to be seen, recognised, and remembered.

📊 Today, we’re proud to share what our community has achieved together in just one month.

📍 1,154 environmental reports submitted
✅ 604 verified cleanups completed
👥 918 community members actively engaged

Behind every number is a story.

A drain cleared before it caused flooding.
A park restored by volunteers.
A roadside cleaned by dedicated workers.
A hotel team giving back to the community.
A school inspiring young environmental champions.
A citizen choosing to make a difference instead of walking past.

Every verified cleanup on ThromAI includes before, during, and after photographs, GPS-verified locations, worker or volunteer details, and the date of completion—creating a transparent public record of real environmental action.

Through GongphelHub via thromai.com, these contributions are openly shared so everyone can witness the positive impact being created across Thimphu.

This is more than a reporting platform.

It is a movement that connects citizens, volunteers, organisations, schools, businesses, and Thimphu Thromde through one common purpose: building a cleaner, greener, and more responsible Bhutan.

To everyone who reported an issue, cleaned an area, volunteered their time, or supported this initiative—

Thank you. This achievement belongs to all of you. 💚

Together, we’ve proven that when technology meets community spirit, meaningful change becomes visible.

And this is only the beginning.

🏆 Celebrating ThromAI's First-Month Community Champions! 💚

Congratulations to Grasscutter Sangay and the Lemon Tree Hotels team for leading by example and their commitment to create big change. Their stories remind us that making a difference does not always require a title, a large organisation, or extraordinary resources. It begins with someone caring, taking responsibility, and consistently showing up.

🎥 Watch their inspiring stories and join the movement.
