At the ongoing Colposcopy camp under the Health Flagship program to eliminate common cancers in Bhutan, the procedures of calling each individual, registration for screening, recording and finally data entry on the system require substantial amount of time and effort.

The BCS' contribution through man power fulfils the foremost formalities which eases the entire processes enabling the camp's team to cover 35-40 women in a day.

TOTAL OF 48 STUDENTS FROM CST TOOK PART IN BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN.

Coinciding with International Day of Peace, BCS-CST and Rovers club organized a blood donation campaign in Phuntsholing hospital. A total of 48 students took part in blood donation.

Donating blood is an act of kindness and solidarity. Let's join the effort to save lives.

According to the latest WHO data published in 2020 Leukemia Deaths in Bhutan reached 19 or 0.46% of total deaths. The age adjusted Death Rate is 2.69 per 100,000 of population ranks Bhutan #136 in the world.
September is Blood cancer awareness month, in order to observe the importance of the month Team BCS-CST worked together to spread information about blood cancer, it’s causes and symptoms in the very locality of the college compound.
