Day 4- The Departure- a fate no one desires

With hearts full of memories and minds enriched with new experiences, the scouts bid farewell to the camp. As they departed, they carried home new friendships, valuable life skills, and the spirit of scouting to continue serving and leading in their schools and communities.

Day 3- The Base Activities and the Closing Ceremony

The scouts continued participating in their respective base activities according to the rotation schedule, further strengthening their scouting knowledge and practical skills. During breaks, participants enjoyed aerobic dance sessions and various team-building activities that promoted fitness, teamwork, and camaraderie. The camp concluded at night with the Closing Ceremony, marking the successful completion of the Dzongkhag Nachung Scout Camp.

Night Programme

The day concluded with an outdoor campfire featuring a Fancy Dress Parade Competition under the theme "Fashion from Waste." The activity encouraged creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, resourcefulness, environmental awareness, and confidence in presentation.

Day 2 Highlight- Cooking Competition

The Nachung Scouts, many of whom may have never cooked for themselves before, eagerly took on every possible task to help their team succeed. The cooking competition brought out the best teamwork and scout spirit in our Nachung Scouts.
That’s what Scouting is all about: learning by doing, helping one another, and growing together.

Day 2- The Fun, Learning and Adventure Continue!

The day began with morning aerobics, followed by the morning assembly and base activities as scheduled.
The highlight of the day was the 'Cooking Competition' among the sub-camps.

Day 1- Opening Ceremony and Introduction

The Dzongkhag Nachung Scout Camp officially commenced with an Opening Ceremony graced by the Dzongkhag Scout Commissioner. In the opening address, the Commissioner highlighted the importance of developing a strong body, mind, and spirit, and encouraged all participants to strive to be their best in every aspect of life. The Commissioner also emphasized that scouting programmes, such as this camp, provide valuable opportunities for young scouts to build character, develop leadership, and grow into responsible individuals.
