We need a serious law for this kind of action.

If I tell a drunk person to jump over a cliff, he won't jump because he knows that he is going to die if jumps from the cliff.
So now the question is why did he kill a girl who is just 13 years old.
We cannot let him go like this, he should receive the most severe punishment in history so that these things don't repeat again.
Today if you let him go saying that we cannot punish him because our religion doesn't allow it then next time these same things will happen again.
Two years back it was Dina, today it was Sumitra,
Tomorrow it may be your sister or a daughter.

Sumitra died not because of her mistake, she was murdered because of our mistake. We could not even keep our community safe. It is my mistake, it is your mistake and it is everyone's mistake because we couldn't keep our environment safe.

Lets not grow gangster, ra**st, and a drug abuser. Because of them today our community is not safe.
