On Saturday, March 21, 2026, Freeport, Grand Bahama made a powerful and unforgettable statement. ❤️

We proudly enrolled 104 young persons into the Junior Red Cross program- 104 bright minds, 104 willing hearts, and 104 future leaders who have made a commitment to service beyond themselves.

This moment was more than a ceremony… it is the beginning of purpose. It is the planting of seeds that will grow into compassion, leadership, resilience, and meaningful community impact for years to come.

Through our Bring a Toy, Share the Joy initiative, our Junior Red Cross family came together on Wednesday, December 17 to donate toys and share holiday cheer with the children of the Children’s Ward at PMH. 🎄🎁

Nothing beats a room full of joy, healthy competition, and young people having fun together. On Friday, our JRC Game Night delivered just that. Thank you to everyone who helped make the night a success.❤️🥳

The ceremony was filled with excitement, JRC pride, and a true spirit of service as each young leader stepped forward to accept their role. Guided by Ashley Pratt-Larrimore, National Youth Rep & Membership Chair, this team stands ready to build stronger Links, inspire service, and shape the next generation of the Bahamas Junior Red Cross.

On Monday, November 10th, 2025, members of the St. Andrew’s Junior Red Cross proudly attended the World AIDS Day Assembly hosted by St. Anne’s School.

During the program, Kendell Miller delivered a heartfelt tribute to Nurse Rosa Mae Bain, and Mia Edgecombe honored Dr. Perry Gomez with a moving reflection.

We are incredibly proud of our JRC members for representing with dignity, compassion, and excellence. ❤️✨
