ANOTHER BEEF SMASHED🙏🏾❤️

“He from Pinewood and We from Kemp Road & ENGLERSTON so that’s why we started wybing”.

I was informed about an incident that happened the other day, which could’ve resulted in someone being arrested and someone getting hurt. As we always do when we hear about young men having conflicts, we first find out what happened. Then, we look at how we can get to the root of the issue to fix it, what initiated this beef? And, like in most cases, the misunderstanding turned out to be something so small or crazy. We always ask them, after giving advice, ‘Was it worth it? Did letting it get this far make any sense?’

At the end of all our conflict resolution conversations, we always ask the boys, ‘Do you feel like you need to say something? If not, you don’t have to, but it could go the other way, which that way never makes sense.’ We don’t force anyone to do something they know, deep down, they haven’t let go of yet.”

And this is what happened AGAIN ! ❤️ I told yall God is Kind🤦🏾‍♂️❤️ he makes these things happen🙏🏾

“We was thru the language block and they come thru the block screaming they gang name so my boy say this a “Dirty Block” and then when I walk around by the office we start fighting”.
