BNT EcoCamp

BNT EcoCamp Eco-Camp aims to develop appreciation for the natural environment of the Bahamas in young people Eco-Camp takes place over a six to eight day period.

Participants are immersed in activities and experiences which cover the following elements:

• Natural history and ecology of Bahamian ecosystems - coral reefs, mangrove wetlands, Rocky and Sandy Shore, coppice and pine forest.
• Conservation issues
• Environmental stewardship and sustainable living practices
• Natural resource management strategies.
• Environmental careers.
• Tourism and the En

vironment

The program also consists of field activities in the various ecosystems as well as demonstrations, presentations and discussions
