New Providence Association of the Deaf Working together to ensure a better future for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Bahamians. New Providence Association of the Deaf (NPAD) is a non- profit organization.

NPAD is govern by an elected Board of Directors, a group of Deaf and Hard of Hearing leaders with the desire to encourage and see positive change in the Bahamian Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
