Burdens are things that can weigh you down; everyone at some point has them. Your burdens are not there to harm you; they are there to let you know how strong you are.
So while you hurt from the strain of carrying the load, you are still gaining something from it; you are being developed.
Not only that, you have God's help.
You don't have to carry the burden alone... God is on your side.
He will never let you fall.
And He will sustain you and keep you through the process.

Be reminded that through His every present help, you will make it!
