These are the elements that drive a leader in its pursuit to bring his/her organization to the next level. But these will be shaky if not rooted in moral standards taught by the Bible. The world prizes popularity, competence and eloquence when it comes to leadership; the Word of God considers integrity, servanthood and faithfulness as foundational in this given area. We labor to help them realize

this purpose which has a far reaching potential to impact nations and generations. RELATIONSHIPS (heart)
Jesus taught that the greatest commandment is to love God and love people. We aim to inspire them to pursue healthy relationships with God, their family, peers and the opposite s*x. ACADEMICS (head)
We believe that education established upon Christian worldview produces students who will make a positive impact in this world. Therefore we commit to instilling passion for educational excellence along with awareness of the absolutes which are pillars for strong, progressive society. PERSONAL GROWTH
Media, culture and influential personalities have the capacity to influence the youth when it comes to day-to-day decision making. As curious individuals, they would like to try out what works and what is pleasurable. This may lead to disaster, broken dreams and broken homes. Yet discovering the path of wisdom through learning biblical principles about life and applying them saves them from heart-rending trouble and will result in a purpose-filled life. We believe in the centrality of Jesus Christ and His finished work in bringing about change in a sinful man’s heart. Therefore we work intentionally to speak and share to every student the importance of having a personal relationship with Him.

𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁

Activate Student Ministries, Values Advocates, and Supreme Student Council (SSC), collaborate in Praise and Worship night held at Laguna State Polytechnic University–Siniloan Campus's (LSPU-SC) Function Hall, last April 11.

Activate, a newly recognized campus organization, with their worship band, led the event having the theme, "Regenerate: A Night of Praise and Worship for a Renewed Heart" that aims to help the students find their rest after the midterm exam week.

"Naisip ko la'ng s'ya kasi gusto ko rin talaga ireach out yung mga Christians dito sa school... Ta's 'yong main purpose talaga nito, para rin makapagrest 'yong mga estudyante kasi nga 'di ba kakatapos la'ng ng midterms ng karamihan sa atin," Activate President Hristine Rence Pacla said.

SSC President Ace Solleza established his welcoming remarks by emphasizing the event's theme.

"Regenerate, a [night of] praise and worship for [a] renewed heart. Ibig sabihin po, muling makabuo or pagkapanibagong buhay... Dumaan man po tayo sa mga maraming pagsubok... Nariyan pa rin po ang Panginoon para po tayo ay ibangon," he stated.

Values Advocates Adviser Rubylyn Cortez, and Activate Adviser Kate Maevel Camantigue shared their life testimonies on how God works in their lives through their inspirational messages delivered in between the sets of praise and worship songs.

Invited speaker, Youth Pastor Jaymark Bagacina, quoted the bible verse in the book of Isaiah, challenging the students to put their hope in God for the renewal of their strength: "Sabi ng Panginoon, those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar like eagle... So my question is, in your brokenness and pangit na sitwasyon ng 'yong buhay, ikaw pa rin ba ay magtitiwala sa Panginoon?"

The program ended with a closing song "Maghari" of Victory Worship lead by Activate band and closing prayer of Pastor Jaymark.

Values Advocates President Aubrey Bonifacio also shared his gratitude in an interview, "Sobrang grateful before God. Hindi siya basta-bastang event la'ng. It has a very meaningful goal. To lead other [people] in God’s presence... And we’re happy na madami ang umattend at nawitness naman natin kung pa'no naenjoy nila 'yong mga pangyayari no'ng worship night. It was Him, and it’s always been."

Our Story

WHAT WE VALUE: LEADERSHIP (hands and feet) Vision. Action. Influence. These are the elements that drive a leader in its pursuit to bring his/her organization to the next level. But these will be shaky if not rooted in moral standards taught by the Bible. The world prizes popularity, competence and eloquence when it comes to leadership; the Word of God considers integrity, servanthood and faithfulness as foundational in this given area. Students are considered to be our country’s future leaders. We labor to help them realize this purpose which has a far reaching potential to impact nations and generations. RELATIONSHIPS (heart) Jesus taught that the greatest commandment is to love God and love people. We aim to inspire them to pursue healthy relationships with God, their family, peers and the opposite s*x. ACADEMICS (head) We believe that education established upon Christian worldview produces students who will make a positive impact in this world. Therefore we commit to instilling passion for educational excellence along with awareness of the absolutes which are pillars for strong, progressive society. PERSONAL GROWTH Media, culture and influential personalities have the capacity to influence the youth when it comes to day-to-day decision making. As curious individuals, they would like to try out what works and what is pleasurable. This may lead to disaster, broken dreams and broken homes. Yet discovering the path of wisdom through learning biblical principles about life and applying them saves them from heart-rending trouble and will result in a purpose-filled life. We believe in the centrality of Jesus Christ and His finished work in bringing about change in a sinful man’s heart. Therefore we work intentionally to speak and share to every student the importance of having a personal relationship with Him.
