As we enter this new month, may this serve as a reminder that 𝒀𝑶𝑼 matter. Every struggle you are facing is worth staying for, even if everything feels too heavy to carry each day.

We may never know when someone is struggling, but that does not mean we should ignore it and fail to reach out. We should take every opportunity to be with our family, friends, and loved ones and ask how they are, because lending an ear can create a safe space for them to share what they are going through.
