Persatuan KESAN Committed to nurturing leadership in youth. KESAN pernah mengadakan beberapa aktiviti seperti latihan kepimpinan, bengkel dan kerja amal.

Persatuan Kemajuan Insan (KESAN) ialah sebuah organisasi bukan kerajaan (NGO) yang telah ditubuhkan pada Disember 2006 dan terdiri daripada anak-anak Brunei yang mencintai Negara dan ingin menyumbang kepada pembangunan masyarakat. KESAN juga merupakan NGO yang benaung di bawah Majlis Belia Brunei (MBB). KESAN adalah komited dalam mendokong kedua-dua hasrat negara iaitu ke arah merealisasikan Wawa

san 2035 and Negara Zikir. KESAN percaya bahawa cita-cita ini boleh dicapai dengan melibatkan para belia di Negara Brunei Darussalam dalam pelbagai program dan aktiviti yang menjurus ke arah pencapaian matlamat-matlamat tersebut. VISI: Menjana Insan Mulia
