International Center for Development of Education and Training is one of the most popular and most active youth organizations from Bulgaria in the field of promoting European values through local projects and participation in projects abroad. All of our members have experience in working on projects and their organization allows the creation of a perfectly balanced team.Our goal is to inspire and

help positive social and economic changes, and dedicate our time to ensure the effective implementation of these ideas. We are consistent in our organizational values: promoting non-formal education and training of young people through intercultural training and activities, the encouragement of the youth exchanges and volunteering at national, European and international level, development of consciousness of European citizenship through programs and projects designed for young people.

💻 WORKSHOP | Build It Right: Web Design & Digital Thinking Lab

We wrapped up the on-site experience in Sofia with a super practical session led by our Stack Mode crew — and powered by the energy of Randi & Xavi on their last in-person day with us.

This wasn’t just about “making websites look nice.”
It was about understanding how a website actually works — from user experience and structure to communication with developers and turning ideas into something real.

Participants explored:
🔹 What makes a website effective (not just красив 😉)
🔹 How to clearly brief IT teams and avoid miscommunication
🔹 How digital skills connect to the EU’s DigComp framework
🔹 How Erasmus+ supports digitalisation and future-ready skills

Yesterday we hit pause on “what’s next?”… and actually figured it out.

During our LEVEL UP: Your Next Move Workshop, facilitated by Melika and Alvaro, participants explored their personal and professional direction — not just as an idea, but as a real, actionable path.

From mapping out opportunities in Erasmus+ and other EU programs, to identifying individual strengths, goals, and next steps — this session was all about clarity, confidence, and moving forward with purpose.

Yesterday, our intern crew members Noa and Teresa represented ICDET at the International Youth Project Incubator 🌍

During the online session, they actively contributed to the development phase by presenting ICDET’s project concepts to an international network of youth organisations

💡 What they brought to the table:
▪️ AI Literacy for Youth Workers (KA153)
▪️ Fight Euroscepticism (KA152)

The incubator gathered organisations from across Europe to co-create Erasmus+ project ideas, build partnerships, and shape future collaborations 🤝

Today we took our Easter Crew Lab to the next level… and things got competitive real quick 👀🔥

After all the creativity from the egg painting session, our jury selected the Top 3 decorated eggs:

🥇 1st place – Randy
🥈 2nd place – Michele
🥉 3rd place – Nazia

Huge respect for the creativity — designs were on another level 🎨✨

But then… tradition kicked in.

👉 It was time for the egg knocking battle.

One by one, eggs clashed, cracks appeared, tension was real…
and in the end…

Last Friday might have been a non-working day in Bulgaria because of Easter… but we stayed in motion 💻✨

Our FROM IDEA TO SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS MODEL Workshop went fully online — and honestly, the energy didn’t drop for a second.

Participants dived deep into:
🚀 turning raw ideas into structured concepts
🧩 understanding real value vs “just a cool idea”
📊 building sustainable business models that actually make sense
🌍 connecting everything with impact and long-term thinking

Even from different locations, the collaboration was real — discussions, feedback, and idea-building happening live, proving that innovation doesn’t take holidays.

Today we successfully concluded our programme “EduDigital Lab – Digitalisation in Adult Education & Educational Management”

After an intensive and inspiring week, participants reflected on their learning journey and defined how they will transfer new ideas into their own institutions.

💬 Throughout the week, they explored:

- Digital transformation in education
- Practical use of digital tools
- Quality, feedback, and innovation
- Leadership and staff development
- The power of collaboration within the SP@CE ecosystem

🎯 On this final day, the focus was on:

Today we switched from screens to colors and creativity… and went full Easter mode ✨

Our crew came together to explore a beautiful Bulgarian tradition – painting Easter eggs, each one unique, creative, and full of personality.

From classic red eggs to wild designs, team creations, and some very “questionable but funny” masterpieces 😄 — the vibe was all about:

🎨 creativity
🤝 connection
🌍 cultural exchange

But this is just Phase 1…

Because the real question is:

Today we launched the first edition of our IMPACT LAB — a space where ideas start turning into real projects… and even future businesses 👀

Participants explored how a simple idea can evolve into something meaningful by understanding the key steps behind idea development and validation.

During the session, they worked in teams to:
💡 Identify real problems worth solving
🤝 Build teams around shared challenges
📊 Explore the Business Model Canvas
🧠 Develop their first structured concept draft

But we didn’t stop there.

We invited some of our on-site local associates – graduates in Business & Entrepreneurship to join as a panel, giving participants:

Today, participants didn’t just attend a training — they stepped into a real learning ecosystem.
