Our mission is to empower, support, and unite women in the marketing field across Bulgaria by fostering a community where knowledge, ideas, and resources are shared generously.

This time we're joined by Desislava Zagorova Zhivkova, Head of Deliverability & Compliance Operations at Omnisend and co-founder of Adaptemail, with 10+ years in email deliverability.

In "From Spam Folder to Sales: Practical Deliverability Fixes," she'll walk our members through why emails land in spam, the authentication and list-hygiene basics every sender needs, and how to turn deliverability from a technical headache into a revenue advantage. Perfect for anyone who sends email and wants more of it to actually reach the inbox.

Our 9th community workshop is happening on 17 September, from 19:00 to 20:00 🔥

This time we're joined by Silyana Bojilova, Founder of RevenueLab and creator of the NEBULA 360™ business diagnostic — a strategist who helps entrepreneurs who are great at what they do but time-poor.

In "From Firefighting to Flow: 4 Steps to Get 15 Hours Back of Your Week," she'll walk our members through a live working session: braindump everything that eats your week, score it, recover the hours, and rebuild your day around the work that actually pays. And we’re off 🚀

We just launched the first mentorship program of our community. We received close to 30 applications in total, and were able to extend the matched pairs to 12.

Massive congrats to all 24 participants that will go on this three month journey with us!

This program would not be possible without the trust and support of Majestic (majestic.com), who trusted us to create and execute a structured programme for our participants. On behalf of our entire community, thank you!

Shout out also to Julika Novkova, Ph.D. and Vasya Divarova for tirelessly working with us on the program over the past couple of months. We built something truly useful and we're beyond excited to see how the first cohort will go.

What makes this program different? Structured approach to mentoring with weekly exercises and guided resources for both mentors and mentees. A shared platform for learning, tracking progress, and sharing experiences. Seasoned professionals in Business Psychology and Professional Coaching there to support all participants through every step of the journey. All wrapped up with a nice celebratory dinner in the space of our friends at CoKitchen.
