πŸŽ‰ On the 29th of May 2025, the He@lthyYOUth project held its Final International Conference in Sofia, Bulgaria - a vibrant gathering of youth, educators, coaches and youth workers,.

✨ The event marked the culmination of our multi-year Erasmus+ journey, showcasing the tools and methodologies we developed to promote youth health and resilience through sport and education.

πŸ”‘ Highlights included:
πŸ“˜ The Handbook with our Innovative Sport Educational Tools & Sport Program.
πŸ’» The Digital Platform & training videos, offering resources for schools, clubs, and youth centers.
πŸ™Œ Live demonstrations by young people, showing how these tools can be applied in practice.

The conference celebrated achievements, sparked new collaborations, and ensured that the He@lthyYOUth tools will continue to empower youth work across Europe, even beyond the project’s end in June 2025.

πŸ’ͺ🌍 The He@lthyYOUth project wrapped up with 4 national multiplier sport events across Europe - bringing together young people, teachers, coaches, and policymakers to celebrate health and resilience through sport!

πŸ“ Bulgaria – 30 participants joined a one-day seminar & sport event, testing the Handbook and Sport Program.
πŸ“ Italy – In Palermo, 30 participants explored the methodology & digital platform, ending with climbing at ScalArt πŸ§—β€β™‚οΈ.
πŸ“ Greece – In Komotini, 30 participants (half youth with fewer opportunities) experienced live demos of the Innovative Sport Program & digital tools.
πŸ“ North Macedonia – In Kavadarci, PE teachers from several towns discussed youth health and tested the project’s innovative resources.

✨ Over 120 participants were directly engaged, discovering how sport can boost physical, mental, and cognitive well-being. These events marked the culmination of He@lthyYOUth and showed how its tools will live on in schools, clubs, and communities across Europe.

The focus was the completion of the Handbook, a key deliverable that brings together our Innovative Methodology and Sport Program β€” offering practical tools to improve the physical, mental, and cognitive health of young people through sport. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ§ πŸ’ͺ

βœ… At the meeting, partners reviewed the Handbook in detail, finalized its content, and planned strategies for wide dissemination and long-term impact. Soon, this resource will be publicly available to educators, coaches, and policymakers across Europe.

Organized by Sport Europe and FSPRM, the event brought together young people and experts from across Europe for two inspiring days dedicated to youth health through sport.
