🙈Sugar isn’t always obvious.
Many foods marketed as “healthy” can still contain significant amounts of added sugar, including flavoured yogurts, breakfast cereals, granola bars, sauces, and even some plant-based drinks.
👀That’s why checking the nutrition label can be so useful. Ingredients are listed by weight, so if different forms of sugar appear near the top of the list, the product may contain more added sugar than you expect.
The goal isn’t to fear sugar or eliminate it completely. Food is meant to be enjoyed. Being aware of where added sugars come from simply helps you make informed choices.
🍎 Focus on overall eating habits, not perfection.
