2iE Toastmasters Club – 9th Session Highlights

🎯 Theme: *The Power of Planning |* 💡 Word of the Day: *Strategic*

The *2iE Toastmasters Club* held its *9th* session with an inspiring and interactive meeting led by President *Mohamed Naman CONDE.*
Members explored the importance of preparation, purpose, and perseverance through engaging segments led by *Issa MADOUGOU* (Toastmaster of the Day),
*Ayouba THIOUB* (General Evaluator), and his team.

The highlight was a powerful *training* by *DTM Sylvie TOUGOUMA* , titled “ *Leadership and Mixed Motives* ,” which invited participants to reflect on integrity, authenticity, and the true motives behind leadership.

The session ended with warm evaluations, guest impressions, and closing remarks reminding everyone that strategic planning is not just preparation— *it is vision in action.*

🎀8th Session – “Celebration of Pink Month” 💗

On Saturday, October 25th, 2025, the 2iE Toastmasters Club hosted a lively and inspiring session under the theme “Celebration of Pink Month” — a moment to combine eloquence with awareness and solidarity. 🌸

The session was skillfully opened by TM Moumouni Badoma, our ever-energetic Sergeant-at-Arms, who set the tone with warmth and discipline.
President Mohamed Naman Condé then led the administrative segment with enthusiasm, introducing guests and sharing club updates.

Our Toastmaster of the Day, DTM Sylvie Tougouma, beautifully guided the program, connecting every section with grace and purpose.
The Word of the Day — “Helpful” — was introduced by TM Deliwendé Savadogo, reminding us of the power of kindness and support.

During the Table Topics session, moderated by DTM Patrice Zongo, participants demonstrated spontaneity and creativity, embodying the true Toastmasters spirit. 🗣️✨

The Prepared Speeches were the highlight:
🎤 TM Ayouba Thioub delivered a motivational speech that inspired reflection and courage.
🎤 DTM Sylvie Tougouma presented a touching and empowering speech, blending experience and emotion.

Evaluations were thoughtfully handled by Thierry Zoungrana and Mohamed Naman Condé, with overall guidance and insight from General Evaluator Moumouni Badoma.
TM François Belemkobga kept everyone on time ⏰, while TM Boris Montoro and TM Catherine Dayo ensured active listening and ah-count tracking.

The day concluded with joyful birthday celebrations 🎉 and family pictures 📸, capturing once again the spirit of unity and growth that defines 2iE Toastmasters Club.
