How Narcissists Ruin Holidays

1. Starting arguments or breaking up with you on or just before a major holiday.

2. Using the sentimental value of the holiday season to hoover.

3. Setting up your expectations and then disappointing you.

4. Giving elaborate gifts to hold against you later.

5. Excluding you from holiday events.

6. Using threats and promises about how smoothly the holidays will go.
