👏 A huge thank you to Luisa Bemba for her inspiring contribution during our webinar focused on the European Union Youth Goal "Equality of All Genders", held on February 20th.

🇪🇺 This webinar was part of the CEEYOUTH4EUROPE project, a two-year EU funded project connecting, engaging, and empowering youth workers and disadvantaged youngsters across Europe, ensuring youth voices are heard and reflected in shaping future policies.

💡Luisa shared with us valuable insights on how inclusive leadership drives gender equality. Using her experience at Le Cercle, she highlighted effective strategies for addressing gender-based discrimination and the role of community building in empowering young people. Luisa also offered practical advice for youth workers and young leaders tackling gender inequality in their communities.
