Would you like to become an IFSS Race Judge Trainee and a BSSF National Race Judge?

This is for the theory section of the Race Judge course, and will delivered by Matty Hammersley.

The practical element of the course will take place later in the race season at a BSSF race.

🕘 Time: Meet at 9:00am each day

📍 Venue: Scrubditch Care Farm, Woodmancote, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL7 7FE

🚐 Overnight parking: Available on site for campervans and vans.

🏆 The IFSS World Cup Season Is Already Underway! 🏆
Races have started, points are being collected, and the journey toward the IFSS World Cup podium is officially in motion.
If you want your results to count toward the World Cup rankings, make sure your DID is activated. If you're unsure how to do this, contact your National Federation for guidance.

Why participate?
🥇 Collect points throughout the season and compete for an IFSS World Cup medal.
🎟️ The World Cup rankings can also help you secure a place on the pre-selected athlete list eligible for free Championship entry.
🌍 Compete against the world's best athletes, even when you're racing at different events across different countries. As long as you participate in an IFSS-accredited World Cup race, your results contribute to the overall standings.

And there's an added benefit for our Federations:
🏅 World Cup winners provide their Federation with an additional Championship quota place, creating more opportunities for athletes to represent their country on the international stage.

📢 DR2J (2-Dog Junior Rig) Class Update
The IFSS VP Sport and VP Development, together with the Youth Committee, would like to clarify that the new DR2J class was created to give young athletes aged 14-18 a safe and progressive opportunity to gain experience, build confidence, and develop their skills before moving into larger rig classes.
✅ For all the Championships, all DR2J athletes will compete using a 3-wheeled rig. This provides consistency across all regions while supporting the class's development-focused purpose and maintaining a strong emphasis on safety.
We would like to thank all athletes, parents, coaches, and member federations for their valuable feedback and support. The enthusiasm and discussion around this new class demonstrate our shared commitment to helping the next generation of athletes grow within our sport.
We look forward to seeing our young competitors embrace this exciting new opportunity at the upcoming Continental Championships! 🐾🏁
