Women Next Gen real connections, real opportunities We’ve thus decided to fill this gap and launch a new networking initiative: Women Next Gen.

Networking has been shown to be very important for career advancement and unfortunately networking opportunities for young businesswomen are not that frequent in Belgium. Women Next Gen will bring together young professional women (thus with less than 15 years of work experience) every first Monday of the month. These networking events will take place in a cafe/bar/restaurant, at first in Brussels

. The goal being to mingle, meet like-minded women and have fun. This group is free, unassociated with any company and open to every young woman with ambitious career plans.
