🚨 NEW PROJECT ALERT!

🇪🇺 The PERiSCOPE project addresses the growing threat of disinformation, information manipulation, and interference in democratic processes across the EU. In recent years, disinformation
campaigns — both foreign and domestic — have evolved in sophistication, targeting citizens’ trust in institutions, fueling polarization, undermining electoral integrity, and manipulating vulnerable narratives related to gender, migration, LGBTIQ+ communities, and EU integration. As highlighted by the European Democracy Action Plan, the Defence of Democracy
Package, and the Charter of Fundamental Rights Strategy, democratic participation requires citizens to be well-informed, resilient to manipulation, and equipped with the skills and tools to engage critically with digital content.
In response, PERiSCOPE offers a comprehensive, multi-actor, and transnational effort to increase democratic resilience and promote citizen-centered responses to disinformation across Europe.
