Today, our 82nd regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Uttara Central, along with the Eid reunion and Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year) celebration, has been made truly joyful and memorable by your gracious presence.

On behalf of the Club President, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations and sincere thanks to the President, all fellow Rotarians, and their family members for organizing this wonderful event.

Your enthusiastic participation and presence have truly brought life to this আয়োজন. I hope this gathering will further strengthen our mutual bonds and inspire us to carry out more meaningful and impactful activities together in the days ahead.

Assalamu Alaikum,

Warm Eid-ul-Fitr greetings and heartfelt love to all my fellow Rotarians and my friends on Facebook, both at home and abroad.

After a month of fasting, may the lessons of self-purification, patience, and taqwa that we have gained be reflected in every aspect of our lives. May Almighty Allah accept our fasting, worship, and all our good deeds, and fill our lives with His infinite mercy and forgiveness.

May this blessed day of Eid bring joy, brotherhood, and love to us all. May everyone’s life be filled with happiness, peace, and prosperity.

আলহামদুলিল্লাহ,

গতকাল স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত উপস্থিতির মধ্য দিয়ে রোটারি ক্লাব অফ উত্তরা সেন্ট্রাল এর উদ্যোগে ইফতার ও দোয়া মাহফিল এবং চারজন গরিব, দুস্থ ও অসহায় ছাত্রছাত্রীকে কোরআনে হাফেজ হওয়ার জন্য স্কলারশিপ প্রদান অনুষ্ঠান সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। মহান রাব্বুল আলামিন আমাদের এই নেক উদ্যোগকে কবুল করুন এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে উত্তম প্রতিদান দান করুন।

অনুষ্ঠানে আমাদের ক্লাবের সম্মানিত রোটারিয়ান বন্ধুগণ তাঁদের পরিবারবর্গসহ উপস্থিত ছিলেন। সেই সাথে সামাজিক অঙ্গনের সম্মানিত ব্যক্তিবর্গও উপস্থিত থেকে অনুষ্ঠানকে আরও মর্যাদামণ্ডিত করেন। তাঁদের মধ্যে উপস্থিত ছিলেন—

সকলের আন্তরিক অংশগ্রহণ ও সহযোগিতায় অনুষ্ঠানটি অত্যন্ত সুন্দর ও সার্থকভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। আল্লাহ তাআলা আমাদের সবাইকে এমন কল্যাণকর কাজে নিয়োজিত থাকার তৌফিক দান করুন।

আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।

রোটারি ক্লাব অফ উত্তরা সেন্ট্রাল–এর উদ্যোগে আয়োজিত খাদ্যসামগ্রী বিতরণ প্রকল্প সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। সম্মানিত রোটারিয়ান সদস্যবৃন্দের আন্তরিক সহযোগিতা, সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টা ও মানবিক দায়িত্ববোধের ফলেই এ মহতী উদ্যোগ বাস্তবায়ন সম্ভব হয়েছে।

আমরা আশা করি, এ কার্যক্রম সমাজের অসহায় ও সুবিধাবঞ্চিত মানুষের মুখে হাসি ফুটাতে সামান্য হলেও সহায়ক হয়েছে। মহান আল্লাহ আমাদের সকলের এই প্রচেষ্টা কবুল করুন এবং ভবিষ্যতেও মানবসেবায় অবিচল থাকার তাওফিক দান করুন।

Today, the regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Uttara Central was held in a well-organized and cheerful atmosphere. Along with the respected Rotarian friends of the club, their family members were also present, which made the event more lively and enjoyable.

The arrangement and hosting of the regular meeting were carried out by the Club’s Past President, Rtn. Md. Anwar Hossain. With his sincere efforts, the program became successful and pleasant.

Last evening, a courtesy dinner was hosted at Buffet Lounge Uttara, BNS Center, at the invitation of our club’s newly inducted member Rtn. Md. Murshid Alam Jewel. The event was attended by the Honorable PDG Brigadier Pir Ataur Rahman of the Rotary Club of Jalalabad, Sylhet, along with other Rotarian members.

On the occasion, a brief joint meeting was held with the participation of members from both clubs. At the conclusion of the meeting, PDG Brigadier Pir Ataur Rahman, on behalf of the Rotary Club of Jalalabad, presented a ceremonial shawl and club flag to Rtn. Md. Motiur Rahman, PHF, Charter President of the Rotary Club of Uttara Central.

The AGM and Regular Meeting of the Rotary Club of Uttara Central was successfully held today. The meeting took place at my residence, and the presence of all club members made it lively and engaging.

The Rotary Conference 2026 was successfully held yesterday at the BCFCC. On this occasion, the Rotary Club of Uttara Central earned the honor of sponsoring the conference as a Host Club in the Bronze Category. At the same time, in recognition of the club’s activities during the current Rotary year, RIPSA-64 and RIPSA-65 awarded a certificate to our club.

This achievement, made possible through everyone’s combined efforts, stands as a proud and inspiring milestone for our club.
